Types of Programmes:

At Wot Wud U Do, our programmes aren’t one-size-fits-all. They’re flexible, creative, and built around the real experiences and needs of young people aged 11–25. Whether there is a need for flexible timetables, mentoring, creative workshops or school-based sessions, every programme is designed to help young people feel seen, heard and supported.

Here’s how we do it:

1. Alternative Provision (Ages 11–16)

For students struggling to engage with mainstream school, either because they get emotionally overwhelmed, unable to express themselves socially and in an acceptable way, our alternate provision offers a safe, nurturing space away from traditional classroom pressure.

Students have increased attendance, emotional regulation skills, and confidence whilst working towards a Silver Arts Award accreditation.

2. Professional Development Programme (Ages 16–25)

We don’t just work for young people and young adults – we work with them. Our professional development programme contains co-created projects that empower young people to build their confidence, employability and social skills.

You’ll gain the kind of experience that bridges the gap between education and employment, whilst meeting like minded people.

3. Peer led outreach: Young people teaching young people

These short, high-impact sessions take place in schools, colleges and community settings. Our young people use their coproduced resources to spark conversations with peers around relationships, identity, pressure, mental health, and more.

Young people leave our workshops with real insights from young people slighlty older than them, raised self-awareness and self management skills.

Whether it’s through outreach workshops, creative sessions, or a place within our Alternate provision, we’d love to collaborate.
